Refund and Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility

• The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging.
• You will need your order number or proof of purchase.
• Gift cards and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

How to start a return

Email us at facundoduarte1313@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except for damaged, defective or incorrect items.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships. Contact us as soon as possible.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order.
